The mandate for this loft space was to bring a touch of New York to an open plan Parisian loft. Exposed brick, reclaimed wood flooring, and details like grab holds from the New York subway, a vintage payphone and a barber’s pole all bring the inspiration to life.

 

 

Details and fixtures, combining Old and New

 

The design for this loft also combines reclaimed and vintage elements with top-of-the-line kitchen fixtures and modern technology. Items like repurposed 1950s car handles and vintage engines are offset by granite countertops, new appliances, stainless steel kitchen cabinetry, and a hyper-modern fireplace.
